Mr. Nevins came highly recommended from an insurance contractor after fighting with our insurance company for 3 months after an accidental fridge waterline break.

When we met Mr. Nevins for the first time he said he would get us all our money and enough to pay his fees for our insurance claim.

Unfortunately, it took him 3 months before getting us one check for 1/3 of the cost of repairs and really the payment came after I went to social media about our insurance company. He even had the nerve to have another client of his call me for advice and how to use social media to get the insurance company to react.

Mr.Nevins has cost us $37,000 out of pocket after under bidding our repairs and providing this bid to the insurance company. We had provided Mr. Nevins with more than 6 contractors bid and he wrote a bid for $30,000 less than every bid we provided. Which has now left us with a major financial burden.

I personally have fought time and time again, which led to the insurance company giving us another $10,000 that he again took fees for, but never did anything for!

Now 16 months later we are still out of pocket $37,000 from insurance and Mr. Nevins fees!

He has told us nothing more he can do except seek an appraisal or lawyer, which will cost $5,000 - 15,000 out of pocket and he would still be taking fees for this as well.

He may have been good once long ago, but he ended up costing us more than we expected! Customer be aware!!
