I dropped business taxes off to them in March. 3 months and $1000 dollars later, I’m starting completely over from scratch. I constantly asked for updates and pricing updates and was told numerous times that they can’t give me that, it’s not their policy. I also offered numerous times to come pick up my items, and sort whatever was taking so long, and then days later it was magically done by them, only for me to show up with a pile of receipts that they didn’t even do, so it wasn’t done. After asking numerous times, and refusing to pay the final invoice UNTIL I could actually see the work (again, they have had my items for 3 months at this point and I had seen absolutely nothing that they had done) they started sending me emails saying that they will only accept cash payments and it seemed like I didn’t trust their skills and that I didn’t want to pay my bill. Obviously, I don’t trust your skills when Iv waited 3 months and you can’t even tell me how much longer it is going to take or how much more money it is going to cost. Apparently wanting to see what you’re paying for first, after waiting 3 months, and already paying one $500 invoice is unreasonable. They put random amounts for supplies in a spread sheet with no receipts, dates or even the stores they go to, so it’s useless. They supposedly set up quickbooks, but I can’t get on to it at all and neither can the new accountant. I emailed Kim TWO MONTHS ago asking about the random supply amounts and the quickbooks issue with NO RESPONSE. They also lost my W2 and copies of my kids birth certificates when I went to pick up my things. So again, 3 months of my time, and $1000 wasted for absolutely nothing. This was my first accounting experience, and I felt completely cheated and taken advantage of. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE.

Kim handles the taxes for my business and for my household. Finances are not my strong suit. Kim and her team are very patient with me, taking the time to explain every recommendation and tax related decision (sometimes multiple times). They are responsive to my questions and very friendly to work with. I enjoy our working relationship and plan to use her company indefinitely.

I have used kim since 2007! She is always available when I need her. She had help me though this last year for my business for the ppp. Get me grants and anything else to get my financials for my business. I respect her and her advice completely. She does not only do my business but also my personal finances. Kim and her stuff attends all the new tax laws every year, which I know I she’s going to get me as much back as possible. We had Kim White as our accountant for approximately 8 months and there was nothing but problems dealing with her company.

1. All she did was bookkeeping (Meals and Sales tax preparations) and it's something I could do in maybe 5 minutes. We have Square as our POS system so getting the sales numbers shouldn't cost much time. All expenses are on credit cards and broken down and automatically transfer to Quickbooks, so again, nothing hard.

2. We didn't really get Kim, we got her colleague who were incompetent and kept asking us the same exact question every month after we repeatedly told her Yes, Sam's club is our supplier (shouldn't take a genius to find that out).

3. She advertised the book keeping service being $150 but charged $200.

4. She charged us for a partial month which was $45 where she told us meals and sales tax were filed, which it wasn't. I had to filed it myself and ended up paying $132 in fees.

There were many more problems, these were just on top of my head. As a small business, we felt cheated and very sour with the experience. I would not recommend Kim to anyone. If you want a good accountant, I advise you to look for someone else.

Kim and her team was amazing. She helped me clear up some back taxes in such a timely manner and really helped relieved the really stressful process it is.i was never worried since she always took the time to answer questions and explain what was going on. With a added bonus of getting back more on my return than I thought I would. I highly recommend her team to anyone perfersonally or perfersonally.

Kim is the most skilled and trustworthy accountant. I am very particular in who associates with my business and Kim excels in every area. Her knowledge of quickbooks, accounting and general computer is amazing....that's why I have been using Kim and her service for years.
