Lynne was sooooo helpful getting our Quickbooks up to date via the remote access. I had trouble trying to file the 1099s for our biz. Obviously, something wasn't working correctly, so after contacting AccountOC, Lynne advised we were behind on updating our QBs. After that was done, then she trouble-shot and she helped me get the 1099s done :-D.
