I had the pleasure of working with Alex Debniak and his team at Accurate Claims Consulting when my home suffered significant water damage. From start to finish, they provided exceptional service, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Alex and his team were not only highly professional but also incredibly informative throughout the entire process.

One of the key strengths of Accurate Claims Consulting is their thorough understanding of insurance policies. Alex personally guided me through the often confusing details, ensuring that I was aware of my rights and entitlements. They handled all communication with my insurance company, saving me the headache of dealing with the back-and-forth myself. Michael and the Accurate Claims team have been nothing short of extraordinary. When our insurance company was trying to strong arm us by reducing a claim that had losses north of $150k to a measly $3k, we quickly reached out to Michael for help.

Michael sprung into action and confronted the insurance company with visual proof and expert analysis to show that they were responsible for much more. His personal relationships with experts, contractors and adjusters on the other side proved incredibly valuable through the process. It took some time due to the glacial pace the insurance company moves at but through it all, Michael calmed our nerves and assured us he would do everything in his power to get our loss covered and our home repaired.

He also went out of his way to push the insurance agency to cover comparable accommodations for us while the work was done on our home. This is not something that was in the scope of our agreement but he could see the stress were we dealing with in managing a family of four with two dogs. When the insurance company tried to throw us in a single hotel room, he pressed them consistently and got us a comparable rental covered for the entirety of time we were out of our home.

Dealing with insurance companies is a daunting task. We pay through the nose for coverage and assurance that they'll support us in our most vulnerable moments. They sell us on that promise but the truth is, once you have a significant claim, they switch gears and start treating you like an adversary. Like someone trying to take advantage of the system. It's an awful dynamic to deal with. Having someone like Michael and a team like Accurate Claims to guide you through the process, push back on the insurance company and ensure they cover the portions they're responsible for is essential.

Working with Justin was an all-around great experience. He's professional, communicative, patient, thoroughly knowledgeable, reachable 24/7 and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I had a leak in our bathroom which caused mold that had to be remediated. Our Ins Co offered $2600. total damages.
I contacted Accurate Claims and Kem Moreno was assigned to our case. Kem was very thorough and did not allow the Ins Co to cut corners. We were so thankful being my husband and I both suffer with lung disabilities due to exposures in the military.

Our home was heavily damaged by a broken pipe. At first, I didn’t think we needed a public adjuster. Fairly soon into the process, it seemed that State Farm was trying minimize what they would pay. Michael Griffin was instrumental in turning this around. He provided dozens of pages of documentation. When they ignored our claim, he filed a complaint with the state insurance department. We finally got an initial payment. I am sure we got a higher payment and got it faster because of Accurate Claims Consulting.
