Very disappointing in quality and turn around. We ordered 2 replacement kitchen cabinets. Scott (owner) came to house, measured & took photos. We gave them a sample door so they could match the color. After 2 months, I finally called to see when we would get our cabinets and they arrived about a week later. Instead of matching knotty alder (hickory), we received clear alder. Instead of matching quality hardware/rollers, we received cheap flexible hardware/rollers. Instead of matching quality dove tailed wood/plywood, we received glued & stapled pressed-wood. When we called to discuss this with Scott, he refused our call. No customer service, no making it right, no discussion...just his way or the highway. No thanks. We'll find someone that knows how to match cabinets and plans to be in business for the long run.
