For the past 30 years, Colleen has been an absolutely amazing property manager, not just for my home, but for my parents' home as well. Living out of state, I've relied on her for everything. She has managed everything from routine repairs and major renovations to working with real estate agents for resales.
Colleen is incredibly responsive and has an excellent crew of skilled professionals, from craftspeople and cleaners to tradespeople, who have kept our properties in great condition. She consistently kept the homes rented, ensuring they were well-maintained throughout. When it was time to sell, she seamlessly handled the entire process.
It's such a relief to know that our properties were in such capable hands. If I ever have another property in the Mill Creek area that needs a manager, Colleen would be my first and only call. She is truly the best!

Acer is s a hands on, incredibly response property management agency in Seattle. We own several properties in Queen Anne and capital hill but we live far away, so having a trusted local agent to manage the daily needs of our tenants has been amazing. Hi googlers, I am writing this review to protect future renters from the frustrations of dealing with this company. This post is a breakdown of what happened to me in a 6 month span from January 29th - July 3rd. I am a 29 year old marine veteran. I have worked as a Chef in Bellevue, WA for 5 years now and come from a hard working military family.
January 29th 2020 this company facilitated a contract for the property i was living at and charged a service fee of $300 to meet and sign the rental agreement after paying $45 for a background check. John Yeung facilitated the paperwork.
The contract had names that were crossed out from 2017 to 2020. I could not clearly see every section of the contract. Some of the sentences were either cut off in the middle or missing completely. The property address I had the issues with is at 12569 SE 74th Pl, Newcastle, WA 98056.
The landlord, Tanya had asked me to pay the tenants instead of her directly so that the payment is in one lump sum from the oldest renters so she does not have to collect individually. This process is what led to me having my arm twisted by the roomates for extra money all AT THE START of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
- Under their contract the roomates, Casey and Carson, who were not property management but acted as the property managers, incessantly harrassed me, caused me stress and anxiety till I felt i needed to leave to have peace and then they illegally tried to raise my rent by $300 2 months after it was already agreed upon i would spend $900 a month. They tried to charge me the difference for an empty room they were going to use for themselves after a roomate moved out. I would have paid $1,300 before a $150 utility bill and i didnt even have a closet. I never used the kitchen so i could avoid them.
I was harrassed incessantly till I had left the rental property for 4 months and stayed on the family farm to avoid them completely while paying rent and looking for a new place. Even then both Casey and Carson continued to harass me for more money over text and calls.
When i had finally found a place to move, on the day of the move they had blocked the driveway so that i had to ask them to move so I could not move all my things in one day. They then falsified a reciept with the landlords name "as a tenant themselves" for $540 in damages and services that did not occur after the landlord had already told me weeks before verbally that i would recieve my full deposit and that the room looked great. I was completely moved out by July 1st 2020 as i stated in my notice letter and was not allowed to do a walkthrough with the property owner.
