I am currently working with this company and my experience so far has been absolutely terrible. When I started this process I was told that this process would be quick and that she would have it all taken care of once I sent in my forms….. that was a month ago. I never hear from them, I get no responses to emails, and when I finally spoke with Cheryl she did not apologize for her lack of communication and professionalism and just made excuses and blaming Nationwide for why this process is taking so long. I am still without any answers as to the status of my distribution request and disappointed by this company’s complete disregard for their customers and their unprofessional business practices. Would not recommend to anyone.

This people is just unprofessional. It's impossible to get them on the phone so we ended up writing emails that got evasive answers and nothing concrete. When we decided to call Nationwide, we found out that ACH had given them the wrong information for our bank acct even though we've sent all documents clearly filled out. Really bad customer service.

I've left various messages/emails for both Cheryl and Eric Hughes. My family had been clients of theirs for years. No answer. No acknowledgement. Nothing.
