They will give you the insurance policy you don't need, then later make you pay for the one you do need on top of it, and then fight for your refund. They will charge you unnecessarily. Also, they have very poor customer service. Upon calling one morning during business hours, Fred Vogel told us that they have "personal lives" and no time for me. Their other employees are very unprofessional and cannot use their system correctly. They cancelled an SR-22 policy which had been paid in full, leading my fiance to have to fight for his license back.

This is a cute rate ins company, if you call them they don't answer the phone, you have to leave a message. They didn't do my daughter's Sr22 correctly and not only cause you driver license to be suspended but she was taken to jail for driving while suspended because of this cute rate company.
