I was fortunate to get to have Klayton Benbow handle my change over from LamEsurance to State Farm. We have 5 cars and 4 drivers including a teenager. The call lasted 1.5 hours where he patiently answered all my ridiculous questions, listened to my solutions for all the worlds problems, complain about my teenager not being able to move out after HS like we did in 1905 (lol), all while getting me a quote for cars and the house. In the end, he came in $800 less per year then LamEsurance. Exceptional professionalism at a time where that is a rarity.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! We switched to Adams office from another State Farm office and was told the level of service would be much better, this has been by far the worst experience we have had.

We have over 17 vehicles with Adams office and we are treated with nothing but disrespect, blatant false information and constant neglect when we had questions and concerns. We gave Adams office every chance to fix these issues and they refused to help at all. Are bills are always messed up with the wrong coverage and amounts.

Several times we have set up new vehicles through Adams office and we receive confirmation of insurance, just to find out later that there was never any insurance on the vehicle. That is a HUGE liability!!! This office continues to drop the ball over and over again.

I’ve been with State Farm for over 10 years. But I moved to Colorado and needed a new agent. I am now transferring to another agent due to Adam Bird consistently dropping the ball.

My wife and I merged insurances and he still has not gotten my wife’s name updated after 3 years. He still hasn’t merged our accounts, and now is not responding to our new agents request to transfer.

State Farm is great, but this office not so much.

My wife was in a bad accident, when we called this office they did not offer much help just basically told us to call corporate. I was hoping for a bit more guidance through the whole accident process. They didn’t even call to check in after the accident to see how things progressed. But maybe that’s not their job?

At the end of the day it just feels very transactional. Luckily I met another State Farm agent and I am hopeful for this new beginning.

I know very little about how insurance works but Adam and his team made the process very easy for me and took me step by step and explained everything till I was comfortable. They really go out of their way to make sure their customers understand every step before they proceed and are willing to go out of their way to back track and repeat themselves. It’s hard to find customer service like this.
