Gloria at Adams Insurance Solutions was outstanding to work with!!! My business was temporarily shut down by the pandemic. I was coming back and my old ins agent was no longer at the company I used to handle my commercial ins. Do they assigned me another agent. We struggled and struggled to get my business insured and up and running.

Stopped by to get a quote see about changing agents. Let them know I was not in a hurry, but my biggest request was communication in any form. One week later, still no update on a quote and no communication. All they had to do was indicate they would not be able to get to it for whatever period of time. Instead, no communication!
