My roof had hail damage. Michael was my claims adjuster and he was very thorough and diligent in explaining the process, kept me informed every step of the way, quick to follow up and ultimately was able to get me a new roof, gutters, and window wraps from my insurance company with a very quick turnaround time! This is the first online review I’ve ever written and it’s because I could not be happier with my new roof and with Michael‘s professionalism and attentiveness! I had my ceiling start to come down, due to a heavy snow fall earlier this year. I called adjusting 101, and from day one there team was awesome. I ended up getting a brand new roof, ceilings, insulation, and interior walls. I absolutely LOVE how professional they were from start to finish, and they did a great job on all the work done, from the roof to all the interior work. I highly recommend them.
