One thing you don't expect from a public adjuster is a service like she is your closest friend.

Cristina is just amazing.

There are times that she can receive a call after call, and she answers them all at the same day. She visits the place to see what's happening. The thing I like the most with her is that she is honest. She's not taking a claim just to have a claim on file. She educates the homeowner about the claim, what can happen afterwards and so on. I have seen cases that she just advised homeowner not to file a claim and get the repair done just because they were not worth. We need more public adjusters like Cristina who values the insurance industry and respect the job she is doing.

We are very impressed how they handle our case and extremely happy as we got the payment approval for just 8 days from the inspection. We are very thankful to Adriana and her team for their hard work and dedication that resulted a very quick payment from the insurance company. I called Adriana the day before the inspection, she immediately responded, came to our house and explained the entire claim process. Their team work as late as 11 pm to make sure the paperworks needed for the next day inspection are ready.
