We had roof damage from Hurricane Irma and we were told we needed a new roof. We got several estimates before we were given the information for George Hall, Florida ADR Adjuster. I was skeptical at first since I had not heard of using adjusters for insurance interactions. I called George and he was very responsive and provided all the information I needed. He handled all of the interactions with Citizens insurance and was able to maximize our insurance payment so that it covered our new roof. He stayed on top of all necessary paperwork and was very accessible. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone having insurance claim issues.He far exceeded our expectations.

We had water damage in the kitchen due to a leaking pipe. The water had also seeped downstairs and was dripping from the ceiling downstairs. We needed ceiling repair, floor removal and replacement and repairing the water leak.

Information provided by our insurance was severely limiting and inadequate. We got several estimates before we were given the information for George Hall, Florida ADR Adjuster.

I called George and he was very responsive and provided all the information I needed. The process required working with our insurance while also advising us on what was going on, what the next steps were and how best to address them. George was simply amazing at all of these.

He was professional, courteous and extremely punctual. He stayed on top of all necessary paperwork and was very accessible. George is brilliant, I would recommend him and ADR to anyone with home insurance challenges.

We cannot thank ADR Florida enough for all their help. We fought with our insurance company for months to replace our roof after multiple hail storms, to no avail. We called in ADR Florida to assist and they were incredible! Once they stepped in things moved along quickly and our roof was replaced.

My claim started with a water leak. The insurance company sent in one of their contractors. That initial contractor put all my appliances on the back porch. My appliances were damaged by the rain and weather. That same company tore up my 1930s home without any thought of asbestos or lead. The initial insurance company estimate was $7,800.00. Then stepped in ADR who put the breaks on how badly we were being treated, and got the claim headed in the right direction. ADR immediately forced the insurance company to pull a permit for the obvious structural work that was to take place. ADR reviewed the policy for ordinance and law and got our home brought up to current electrical and plumbing codes. ADR got the home tested for lead and asbestos, so we had that piece of mind. ADR got us paid for all the ruined appliances. ADR got the correct scope of work to be performed which ended up being over $121,000.00! I cannot recommend ADR more to anyone with an insurance claim. They were professional, competent, and always kept us informed.

This company is the best public adjusters in the state of Florida. The owners are both ex insurance claim managers and executives that worked inside of insurance company claim departments prior to becoming public adjusters! They got me paid what I was owed after months of me battling with the insurance company. I say you don't know what you don't know but these guys know for sure!
