I've been with State Farm since 1988 and have never had anything even close to a bad experience. When Adrian sent out a letter informing me that he had taken over for the agent I started with, I was a bit concerned but not a beat was missed. Since I started working with Adrian, I have had a few claims and received a few loans all of which have been handled with the utmost efficiency, professionalism and courtesy. The customer service excellence and response time he and his office staff provide is something that is hard to find these days . Adrian has always been straight forward and honest, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear, which is also quite rare these days. I will continue to recommend Adrian and State Farm to anyone who asks, and although I no longer live near his office, I will remain with Adrian as long as we continue to need insurance. He has always been willing to make the long drive to my location whenever meeting in person was required and believe me, that kind of service is all but gone.
