I often align myself with respectable companies that do not go out their way to make others feel small.

The fact that this company is ran by Cliff Goodson, a well known disrespectful BIGOT is more than enough to tell anyone of minority decent to RUN FAST. It's one thing to disagree on politics, we can all agree to disagree. Another thing to use his platform to blatantly disrespect women and people that don't look like him. Is it ok to call people names and disrespect them based off your own beliefs?
If he doesn't have integrity or the willingness to keep his ignorant rhetoric off of a work platforms such as LinkedIn, I most certainly do not and will not support, work for or refer him or this company to anyone. HE is a disgrace and since his company allows it they will never get my business again in this lifetime!

But he uses his wife's women owned status to get contracts.
You know, the same set asides that folks are now trying to strip away from women owned and minority owned business. they should be ashamed of themselves!
