Waited a month for a quote. Responded to their email and another month later still no response. Have called several times with no call backs. Spoke to Teresa 3 business days ago and she said she would call me back.... still no call back. Clearly a poorly managed company!

Incredibly rude staff - Simply asked why my plan was being sold and what changes to my coverage were being affected by this. Instead, I got told by Theresa "We don't have anything to do with it, we don't know - You have to call CFM." Called the company that Advantage is listed as an agent for "CFM" based on the paperwork they mailed me and CFM points back at Advantage.

I asked for a quote on commercial real estate insurance for a strip center. I was promised a quote within a week. Joshua Greene never provided a quote and never returned my follow-up calls (2). If you want an agent that provides good customer service, keep shopping, this agency is not it.
