Kelly was very helpful when shopping for homeowners insurance for the first time. I needed to get a policy that was somewhat out of the ordinary and very confusing to me. Stephanie helped me get my policy and was very patient and helpful through several amendments I had to make. I felt taken care of and the pricing was great. Highly recommend!

I don't normally leave reviews but this one is one I'm excited to leave. I found my self in a position to need a new insurance agent about two months ago. After asking around I had two people recommend Advantage Insurance. I drove over and asked to speak to someone and was given to Marlene. She is the kindest person that I met that day and was so very helpful in giving me quotes. She answered all my questions and took the time to ask me questions to ensure the best insurance fit for me.
I have spoken with her several times since that day and she is always so helpful. If you're looking for the personal touch instead of online robots, I encourage you to call or stop into Advantage Insurance on 34th and Old Cheney. Buying a house is stressful enough but Nate from Advantage Insurance made a very smooth transition from my old insurance to Advantage Insurance. Through a few emails and doc signing, it went quick and stress free. Nate was quick to return my calls and or emails. Would recommend Advantage Insurance for house/car insurance as their rates were reasonable. I know you cant please or make every one happy, but Nate put in the effort which made it more worthwhile.
