This was the best move we made, our insurance company adjuster missed so much and the settlement was no where near what we needed to rebuild our home from the storm damage. Aftermaths adjusters and staff were wonderful, there numbers truly reflected the cost to repair the damage properly. We had a few shingles blow off our roof during a severe storm in April 2020. I had never thought about using a public adjuster for insurance claims but I couldn't be more pleased by Shaun Saunders and his team. Shaun came to our property within a few hours and within the day we had the area tarped to prevent any water damage in the home. I could tell that we were in good hands and the process was smooth and effortless on our part. Shaun's team of professional roofers installed high quality shingles in our choice of color. Regarding the review posted by Mr. Ashik Ahmed, we are dismayed to see this posting. As a public adjusting company that has been in business for over 12 years and has literally settled thousands of claims, we are quite proud of our track record. However, we do feel that we must defend our company’s good name if and when necessary. After Superstorm Sandy we had handled claims at multiple properties owned by Mr. Ahmed. We recovered excellent settlements on many of his claims, including one settlement approaching 6 figures. We are very proud of the work our firm provided for Mr. Ahmed. The problem we had run into is that Mr. Ahmed did not feel he was obligated to honor the terms of our contract and pay us a fee for any of the work we performed. Accordingly, we had to sue Mr. Ahmed to collect our fees. Despite our lawsuit, Mr. Ahmed was able to avoid paying us any fee for the work we performed by filing for bankruptcy. Further, it adds insult to injury to find out that not only were we not paid for the work performed, but that 4 years later Mr. Ahmed feels the need to unfairly besmirch the name of our firm. We hope that anyone considering our firm does their due diligence and takes this negative review by Mr. Ahmed in proper context.

I hired them because this was the first time I experienced having to file a claim. In the beginning. They are on it hiring people to do everything. But as soon as you have an issue you cannot get help. My stuff was lost at the cleaners. They told me to call and call to find it., isn’t that what we pay them a fee for? I need a receipt for a contractor they hired. Again. I am told I need to call the contractor. If I have to call why do they get a fee again? The contractor is Perfect Construction in Williamstown. Owner is Jason L. If they recommend them. Do NOT use him. He still to this day will not provide a receipt. He won’t answer my texts. I had questions why the contractor got the contractor profit and overhead which is over 3,200. NO One will answer that question. I even asked to speak with the owner of Aftermath Scott R and he supposedly spoke to the contractor and adjuster but didn’t produce a receipt. So it felt as they do get the people on the job and then take their 20% but after that be prepared to follow up on any issues yourself. Will never use them again and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

My experience with Aftermath Adjusters has been nothing but wonderful, great communication and very thorough. I would recommend Aftermath to anyone who has to deal with an insurance company, just dont handle it by youself ,, let these guys handle it for you and you will be very satisfied.
