Rude and given false information. My boyfriend needs a copy of some paperwork and spoke to someone and asked if it was ok for his girlfriend to pick it up since he works out of town and she said yes. I come to pick it up and some lady that sits in the corner said she wouldn’t hand them to me a because I’m not the wife (he’s divorced now) although we were just told I could pick them up and then she sat at another desk and ignored me afterwards.

Very rude over phone and in person. Got to this place to get copys of papers and Luisa locked door on me and my my kids and mother in law . so we wouldnt go in. if it wasnt for an Older man that works their she wouldnt have helped us.
