We've worked with Rico and AJ at Allstate for the last 5 years and they've always been very helpful, knowledgeable of the industry and best ways to help us in order to keep our liabilities low as well as our payments. I would like to give a big shout out to Rick and AJ Azueulo Insurance. Rick spent time talking to me over the phone yesterday and worked up some quotes for homeowner and car insurance for me. I have always hated dealing with insurance but Aj changed that. He made switching my auto and homeowners insurance super easy and saved me lot of money in the process too. I once had a question about my policy and this guy even called me asap when he was on vacation out of the country to answer my question. AJ picked up the slack where another Allstate branch dropped the ball with the worst timing days before closing on our home. He was professional, courteous and so helpful when we could not get ahold of our previous agent and never got a return call from them. AJ took over and took care of our insurance.
