After recent hurricanes damaged my siding, I submitted an insurance claim, but my insurance refused an appraisal and said they would only cover part of the siding. That’s when AK Adjusters and John Meredith got involved, assuring me they would get my claim approved. I was skeptical at first, but I trusted John. He reviewed my insurance policy and communicated with my insurance and even filed a petition on my behalf. In the end, my claim was fully approved. AK Adjusters and John Meredith’s professionalism , timely communication and customer care made the entire process smooth !

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company . My experience with them was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I came into the situation with high hopes after being denied by my flood insurance.

Firstly, throughout the entire process, Ian was unresponsive and difficult to reach. It felt like pulling teeth to get any updates or progress reports on my claim. When I did manage to get through, I was met with multiple excuses about delays and issues on their end.

After what seemed like an eternity of waiting, I finally received word that all the necessary invoices and documentation were submitted as requested. However, just when I thought the ordeal was over, I received a text message out of the blue stating they were withdrawing from my claim.

This abrupt withdrawal came without any explanation or prior warning. It left me stranded with unresolved issues and feeling utterly abandoned by someone who was supposed to help.

Dealing with AK public adjusters has been a complete nightmare. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and sudden withdrawal from my claim have caused me immense stress and wasted a significant amount of my time. I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere for a more reliable and competent adjuster.

I have to say, I have never felt more secure than working with a public adjuster as my fiduciary to get things paid for. My mother and I worked with them to get the roof done for our home. And these guys made insurance pay. i’m happy to say that everything went smoothly and I only paid 500$. I won hundred percent recommend these guys.
