One of the most unprofessional experience I have had in years. Jack is responsible for making sure tax returns are filed correctly. He typed the wrong number in a section, and I needed him to type a letter with a wet signature and date stating that it was a clerical error. He tells me over the phone that he doesn't get paid enough money to do these type of things. Jack decides to type a long email complaining, sends a word document instead of a pdf stating that it was a clerical error, and does not provide a signature. Jack also had a few typos in the word document. I asked him to sign and return around lunchtime. I tried calling him late afternoon with no response. To make it easier, I also emailed him an e-signature request where he just needed to click a button to provide his signature, and he still refused. He hung up on me as soon as he picked up the phone.

I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want your taxes done right. You will notice right away within the first minute of your phone conversation that he has no customer service.
