I have been dealing with Tiffany at Alex Cole's office for years. I just had an issue with my roof and I talked to Tiffany about it. She filed a claim for me and took care of everything. She was responsive whenever I needed to talk to her and the outcome was better then I expected with no stress. Her service was better then a 5 Star!

Hey everyone,

I bet many of you have felt the sting of rising Home and Car insurance rates over the past few years. My latest home insurance renewal came through, and to my shock, it jumped by a whopping 35%! And that's with no claims at all.

As much as I dreaded the thought of hunting for new insurance, I dove into various web services, and guess what? Chris McDaniel reached out to help with my home insurance. He was the only agent who really went above and beyond to offer options and work with me on lowering the policy price.

Thanks to Chris, I'm now saving a ton by switching to Allstate. Although I'm tempted to give him and the agency a glowing five-star review right away, I'll hold off a bit and see how things go before making it official.
