Wish I could give 0 stars..I have a policy with this company and since I've owned my home I've had to pay for ALL of my repairs ..ALL. And yet they want to raise the rates. My basement flooded due to a bad pipe in the stack and guess who had to pay for that..ME. This business is a scam and I am looking for a better one. I will forever not recommend this company they are money greedy and refuse to help.Ive never missed a payment yet when I call simply to inquire I get a cold response and sometimes they tell me someone will call me back but often never happens. Alexander insurance is garbage.

I called this insurance agency six weeks ago for condo and auto (three vehicles)insurance. I provided all details of my present policy and after hearing nothing from the agency called them back after two weeks. I was told “ oh you are next up in our system so we will be calling you back very soon.” Now four weeks later and no call from this agency. Really very simple Charles Alexander Insurance: just call me back and inform me you are unable to find me a better rate! Instead you show the ultimate disrespect by simply ignoring me. Now that is the type of business model to be proud of. Charles Alexander Insurance proved to me they have no concern for new customers—I strongly advise choosing another insurance agency.

From Matt to Dana, Alexander Insurance Agency offers unmatched brokerage services in the area.

I have used them for Auto Insurance since I was a teenager. When I bought my first house with my husband back in 2011, we switched to a multi-policy for Home and (3 vehicle) Auto Insurance. When we became out-of-state landlords in 2013, she helped us through the tiny changes required when switching to a dwelling-only policy. And for the one car accident we were involved with years ago, she also counseled us through this hellish process too!

Through it all... seamless transactions, thorough documentation, and the utmost willingness to educate me along the way. And may I even be unprofessional here and say prompt AF!? I thought I was fast!!

But here's the thing, Dana's service didn't stop with my Missouri policies. While she couldn't insure my Renter's Insurance policies in the other states I've lived, she absolutely still held my hand when I ran into issues with other insurance agencies in CO, NY, and CA. Sometimes all it takes to solve a problem is a bit of guided expertise! And for 8+ years while living on the road, that's what she did!

So you better believe when we made the abrupt decision to move home to Lake Saint Louis, Dana was our first call to discuss our new Home Insurance policy. And even after we closed, we had to make a quick change to expand coverage into an Auto policy within our first week, and what a breeze!!

"Agent forgot" to add my renters on to my car insurance at time of purchase so that I may recieve discount. The agent was in a hurry, she had to go I wanted to fill out company coupon, but was told, "I was not allowed." Cloverleafs only solution (for their mistake) is to charge me a higher rate, $6 a month and now they want to charge me $28 because "they" forgot...
Very bad business solution.
