After Hurricane Ian, My dad's insurance company's adjuster missed some damage and lowballed the damage amount. Mark and Lori were the utmost professionals. Mark went to my dad's house, thoroughly documented all the damage, and found what their insurance adjuster missed. Also, their adjuster greatly undervalued the damage. Lori walked us through the process and kept us up to date. The honesty and accuracy of information Lori and Mark provided helped us settle with the insurance company for close to double the amount of what my dad's insurance company's original offer was. She is tenacious in challenging the insurance companies when she uncovers inaccuracies and bad faith practices and will tirelessly pursue the best possible outcome for her clients.

Making the decision to hire a public adjuster is stressful when faced with conflicting information concerning the advisability of taking that step. Lori and Mark kept fighting to get our claim resolved. Although it was an uphill battle and we had to settle for much less than we should have gotten. Lori kept me updated throughout the entire time. She kept me sane many days!!

We had a burned rental house in Port Charlotte Fl. The insurance company refused to settle or even make an offer because the tenant had caused the fire. I hired All Claims and, they finally made an offer of 50% of the limits of the policy. All Claims, made an inspection and got a contractor to come up with a multi page estimate detailing every room and the damage done along with the cost of repairing. Still the insurance co. would not settle. By now the 90 period that the law gives the insurance co. to settle was up and they were considered to be in "bad faith".
We then hired and attorney to sue them to force a settlement. We finally received a settlement for the policy limits 362 days after the fire.
All Claims did everything they promised and kept in touch during the whole process. Without there assistance I doubt that we would not have received anything.

I manage a small condo community in Brevard county. I saw a few of the roof shingles were off. I called a roofer and he said there was not enough damage to file a claim.

I called All Claims and spoke to Lori and that was all I needed to do. Here staff and legal department took over and after 2 years we settled with out carrier and got a new roof.
