If you expect a call back ever after HUGE changes to your rates and you requesting several times for a call back, might as well just save your time and frustration bcs they are not going to return a call. They use to have amazing customer service and that down home insurance atmosphere that made you feel good about giving them your money, sadly that is not the case anymore. Unexplained rate hikes, just surprises in the mail. They don't want to help you find better rates or reshop rates. They will tell you they will and call you back but you'll never get that call back. Super disappointed in this company.

I would recommend ASI to anyone. I have been with this company for a while now. They say you do not know how good your insurance is until you need it. I needed it and ASI was wonderful to work with.
