All Star Public Adjusters have been amazing! I had extensive roof issues caused by wind and hail that had to be addressed and resolved. My insurance company denied my claim. The insurance company would not even provide me with a second opinion. I contacted All Star Public Adjusters and Jordan Lang was hired to pursue my claim. Jordan did a fabulous job interacting with inspectors, me, the insurance company policy group, claim agents, adjusters, roof experts, etc. Jordan took control and was in charge. He pursued the claim from every angle for months. I got a brand new roof thanks to Jordan. I will happily recommend All Star Public Adjusters and in particular Jordan Lang to anyone in need of a public adjuster. Overall, I had a good experience with All Star Adjusters. In general I would say that I was very disappointed with the insurance process, and surprised that I had to hire an independent public adjuster to fight for my insurance claim. I had very obvious and fairly well documented hail damage to my roof and every step of the way, State Farm tried to avoid paying for any repairs which is why I ended up hiring All Star. Jordan Lang in particular was excellent to work with. He took over completely and in the end got State Farm to pay for my new roof and communicated very clearly and efficiently with me the whole way. Leaking roof,reluctant insurance company——-what to do? Call Jordan Lang, licensed Public Adjuster at All Star Public Adjusters. When our insurance company told us they would not cover reroofing costs someone suggested we call Jordan. Long story short—-after much negotiation by Jordan, they agreed to cover the ENTIRE cost of a new roof! Jordan’s knowledge,skill and tenacity made this happen. Jordan is awesome! He helped us with a plumbing leak below the slab. The State Farm adjuster was telling us we had no viable claim without even coming out. Like zero...no dinaro....nothing...$0.00! We contacted Jordan, who fought long and hard for us. Jordan was ultimatley able to collect $12K on this plumbing lose and associated water damage for us. His fee was worth every penny. I want to give 5 stars to All Star Public Adjusters. We had hail damage on our commercial roof and were turned down for repair or replacement by the insurance company. I had never heard of a "public adjuster", but their service was recommended to me by my property manager.

Jordan was our adjuster, and he went to work hard on our behalf - first to discover if the claim was legitimate and if so, for how much, and second, to negotiate with the insurance company for the best settlement offer. All Star uses a computer program that the insurance companies use to determine the cost and value of those items as well as labor costs that make up a roof, so when the settlement is being negotiated, the numbers are hard numbers that they work with. They have to take pictures, look at core samples of the roof, schedule multiple meetings on the roof with the adjuster, (in our case, with several different people including an engineer that was flown down from Colorado), phone negotiations, and so forth. This process took 7 months due to the insurance companies’ unwillingness to pay.

Jordan was very upfront and thorough with me, explaining everything he found, why he thought our claim was legitimate, and did so throughout the process. There were a few times where I thought we would get nowhere, but Jordan hung onto the claim, did not give up even though the insurance company was not always nice, and ultimately, got us enough money to put on the best roof for our building - a new roof! Let me repeat - we got a new roof! He worked so very hard, was very determined, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Both Jordan and Caid (his boss) have worked as adjusters for insurance companies, so they understand how the other side works, which I think really helped. They also wanted to win - which was wonderful to see - an old-fashioned work ethic. They work for 10-15% commission, so they don't get paid unless you get paid. And Jordan worked extremely hard for that percentage. While it did take awhile, I could see that Jordan was proceeding within a necessary and appropriate timeline, so it did not bother me. 10-15% of nothing is nothing, and that's what we had before Jordan came into the picture to help us. We were also able to find a roofer to complete the work after the public adjuster fee because they were able to settle for top dollar with my insurance company.

A big thank you to Jordan and Caid for helping us with this difficult project. They are completely professional, and I would highly recommend them.

FYI, I've probably only written a couple Review's in my entire life. However, my experience with working these guys was exceptional! People, these guys deliver! They know their stuff! They are incredibly thorough, persistent, professional, and EFFECTIVE. Jordan was meticulous and his knowledge far surpassed every uncooperative insurance representative we were forced to deal with. I got my tar and gravel roof (a very large multi-level roof with 671 linear feet of parapet walls) fully replaced from damage due to a typical hail storm! The insurance company balked, adamantly refused to pay, and bullied me. But they ended up paying even more than we requested! This is almost unheard of. If you need professional help, from my personal experience, these guys are the Real Deal. The amount of work they put in just for me, deserved more than their fee charged, in my opinion.
