Good luck getting a hold of this office! When someone finally decided to answer the phone after multiple calls and spending FOREVER on hold, they were not very nice and ended up hanging up on me. I am baffled at the lack of customer service within this office. I was simply shopping around for a new auto insurance provider and after this I 100% will NOT be using or recommending Geico after this experience 🙂

I had a couple of basic questions that GEICO's corporate office was unable to answer due to varying different laws in Montana. Being this is the only local office (unfortunately), I contacted in hopes of a little guidance but was greeted with rudeness and no integrity to help. I was told to contact an attorney... I shouldn't have to contact an attorney for basic insurance questions pertaining to Montana law. I am appalled as I pay this company to be able to ask generalized questions and get help, not to be turned away. It really makes a person want to switch insurance companies. Find a different career path or do better.

I apologize, it was actually Progressive that this happened with, not Geico. I called more than one place before I finally got to Allstate and work overnights, so I guess I'm just scatterbrained. I appreciate the swift response from the owner and again apologize for jumping the gun.
Was answering the questions every insurance company asks you during application process, and they lost my potential business because they insisted on knowing the birthdays of every individual in the household who is able to drive. I ended up going to Allstate, who never asked me that and gave me a great quote. Thank you, Allstate!

I had a terrible experience with an insurance adjustor named ANTHONY. After getting into a wreck at 20 weeks pregnant this man had no empathy. He even scoffed at me on the phone when I told him I was not working any longer. What he didn't know was not only did the wreck just happen but my cousin who was like a sister to me committed suicide that very month as well. Since Montana has no other agents he shoved me off to an agent that takes multiple rural areas, I can't remember what state she was in
But THANK GOD he shoved me away because she handled the case much much better, and was so sweet. She couldn't believe he treated me like he had. He wanted to tow my car all the way to Missoula to be inspected. That was kinda a dumb choice for him too because my car WAS totalled and Geico would of had to pay for the costs to tow it back. Was completely unnecessary. I was able to do everything through pictures online like I stressed to him. They were all uploaded and everything and he was not willing to cooperate with me. If he wasn't able to do it that way I understand, but this man had serious attitude. I'm just glad I got my money in the end and my baby was unaffected.

GEICO customer service needs to improve. Used to be a great company, but in the last six months its not improving. They missed guided me on how to handle a move, and reported my police as cancelled. They even said I had an elapse in coverage. I don't understand how that happened because all my payments on drifted out of my account and made on time. I will be going to another insurance company. Had GEICO for about 7 years, and had no problems until now. The supervisor even told me there was no need to be talking to me. Just RUDE!!!

Used them for 10+ years, no accidents or tickets and call in a pay every month on time. A few years ago their auto pay triple charged me so I won’t use their auto pay. They’re police’s change every month unless you spend at least an hour waiting for a supervisor. And somehow my monthly payments change every months. I really don’t want to change companies cause I’m not really sure how to and it’s a pain but probably going to have to

My claims adjuster had my account cancelled even though i gave him everything he needed, he never emailed me, msged through the app, called.

6 months go by and because I missed two calls my entire policy with multiple full coverage cars was terminated. Because my claims adjuster can get revenge on me? Does he know my address is he going to come to my house next?

I told another person he had all the info needed and noone emailed me. Vickie said she doesn’t care she gets paid the same with or without me.

Beware of geico, they have denied me emergency service and risked my life too. They attempted to kill me and put ghetto women on the phone to taunt me.

Allan is a true professional. He is very helpful and informative and truly had my best interests in mind.
It is nice to have a local agent that goes above and beyond.
Would highly recommend.
