I don’t want anyone to make the same mistake I made. The previous one star reviews says it all I did not do my due diligence before buying the insurance to cover a specific flight.. in a nutshell they did not honor the insurance. It’s a scam.

When offered insurance after paying for a flight, I was made an offer for flight insurance.. I had an unforeseen circumstance that they did not honor. They only claim the honor circumstances that are so ridiculous. The chances of them happening are almost zero. There should be a law against this.

I wish I could put zero stars honestly. This company is associated with Ticketmaster and sells insurance policies for concerts and a variety of events: DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE THROUGH THEM!!
hands down THE WORST insurance company I've ever been in contact with.
I always purchase insurance to cover my convert tickets, but recently I had to file a claim due to relocating for work; Allianz would not contact me back for a week, then I received a call from a person I could barely understand stating that I did not have the proper documentation in order for them to process my claim.
Absolute garbage of a company. Save your money. I'm out $350 after purchasing a policy from Allianz.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! They will keep requesting documents, each time 10 days to review. Then they want another document and another 10 more days. I had a trip booked for $1358.00. Me and wife contracted covid and couldn't go. I contacted Allianz Dec 4th 2023. Our trip was leaving next day. THEY WANTED LETTER FROM TRAVEL COMPANY STATING I DIDN'T GET ANY REFUND FROM THEM. I already sent cancelation policy to them from tour company. They wanted note from doc and paid invoice. So I thought all was good. Then Jan 8th 2024 they want copy of credit card statement as proof of payment! I Then said 10 more days to review. I sent credit card statement and email stating I would file complaint with Attorney General of my state. I also file complaint with Better Business BUREAU. That was January 8th, today the money is in my checking account. January 12th!
Definitely playing stall game or if you can supply 1 document, they deny claim.

THIS IS A SCAM FOR TICKET INSURANCE. These guys are terrible and unprofessional. They have no boundaries on what they will deny, and ask illegal questions in order to refuse even a small amount of money. I will never be using them again. We bought this insurance in case we couldn't make it to our event. Then when we had to cancel going for legitimate reasons, they refused to move our tickets or refund them. So we lost all our money, plus paid extra money for "insurance."

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! We have been waiting over 6 months for our claim to be processed. They keep asking for the SAME documents over and over. I have submitted them the same documents 5 times. Still no closer to getting our claim paid than 6 months ago. Save your money and use a different company. Look at all their reviews, it appears they are not paying anyone's claims. I am not sure how they are still in business
