A company can easily take advantage of customers by obtaining their money and not delivering what was paid for—and then claiming that it was delivered. Any company can do that and take advantage of customers. I feel like this was done to me. I did not receive my ticket and I could not enjoy the event, rather I spent 2 hours in a parking lot dealing with customer service, who could not help me.

6 months later they’re still holding about 2000 dollars I’ve called 7 times nothing…. They tried to tell me my adjuster “Ashley” tried to call me my phone records say I called the customer support line. I told them that they had no words. They also first tried to tell me I’ve called 20+ times but then turned to 7. Then the guy starts yelling at me saying I was told the last time. Okay I’m the customer who hasn’t received the service I paid for six months later…. I’m pissed. So I’ll keep calling I probably got black listed on their annotations too…

Don't bother to use Allianz insurance for theatre or concert seats, you have to be practically dead before getting anything, and you don't get full price you paid, it's better to sell the tickets yourself on Stubhub, Vivid Seats or Ticketmaster

I would not refer anyone to purchase any type of "Insurance". They are not in business to help you. They are in business to help itself. Allianz has a 24 page document, should you have on whether or not to pay a claim. They are not forth coming when making the purchase.
I will never pay for their LACK OF ASSISTANCE! THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER CENTERED. ALLIANZ IS CENTERED ON THEIR BOTTOMLINE!!! DO NOT BE FULLED BY FEELING YOUR INSURED. TRUST ME YOU AREN'T.
I had to go around them and deal directly with TicketMaster to gain the assistance I needed. TicketMaster 5☆☆☆☆☆.
