I had been trying to get a quote for farm tractor insurance (fyi, as of writing this review, I don't have a farm OR a tractor, but you have to get insurance for a tractor loan. Well, really any loan for that matter, the bank wants their property insured while you pay for it. I need the tractor for snow removal during the winter. I mean, obviously during the winter, not much snowfall during the summer. Doesn't mean one can't use the tractor during the summer for chores, just not for clearing snow. During summer. I'm getting sidetracked) for a week from my regular insurance company, all to no avail. Couldn't get a quote. Couldn't be done. I moped my way into Allies office, despondent, already resigned to a no-tractor-having-life, a miserable existence spent shoveling pitiful amounts of snowfall, like a peasant. As I walked in, I was greeted by Kaylyn, who assured that I WOULD GET INSURANCE, and directed me to Kathryn, who sprung into action IMMEDIATELY. They were like Batman, and another, slightly shorter, Batman. The office was filled with the furious sounds of a keyboard clicking with CONVICTION and mouse clicks of RESOLVE, and all the while Allie oversaw everything with DETERMINATION, like a general surveying a battlefield, or a surgeon also surveying a battlefield.

Anyways, I got more help in a half hour from these ladies, than the whole of last week had got me. Go see them! They can help you too! And the quote I got from Allies team ended up being less than half of the quote I got from my original insurance company, when they got back to me. So, 5 stars. I have no notes. The office was clean, welcoming, and professional.

This State farm office does a great job, all the people there are pleasant and efficient, they're always extremely prompted dealing with any insurance questions I have. The time to sort out your insurance is before you need it not after you need it! Allie and her staff are the people to see, and convenient easy to get to halfway between Wasilla and Palmer.
