I had a sewer back up and flood my entire downstairs in my condo. After all the work was complete and the insurance sent me a check and all the paperwork of how they broke it down, I wasn’t quite sure if it was fair or not. I reached out to Allied because they said they would look over everything and tell me what they thought at no cost. I was very impressed with that because it’s a lot of paperwork to look through, it did take a couple of weeks, they got back to me after looking over everything and had some suggestions for questions. I could ask the insurance company to get clarification on my pay on my payout. They also said they’re happy to answer any more questions I may have. Very impressed I would highly recommend them.

When dealing with insurance, and traumatic events, it’s always refreshing to finally meet someone who is honest, straight forward, and helpful. Allied, didn’t try a sales pitch they were knowledgeable and gave me direction for what is best for me. After having insurance and vendors try and take advantage of me every time my back is turned, it was so great to meet people who genuinely care. While my circumstance are such I didn’t end up hiring a public adjuster at this time it’s a testament to their level of thoughtfulness that I wanted to give them a five star review as they more than deserve it.

These guy were great! I had a slab leak which flooded the whole Kitchen / living room area. My house had custom cabinets and flooring which was very expensive, everything was ruined. I called my insurance company and their adjuster came to my house a week later. He came and did his inspection along with Servpro for the remediation part. A few days later he sent me an email offering me $12k. I did not even bother replying and going down that road as I knew that wouldn't even cover the flooring. I immediately contacted Allied public adjusters. I signed up the same night and right away Allied went to work. I was assigned to Cameron and immediately he worked on getting my family temporary housing. From there Cameron kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything and got me about 200k from the insurance company. Aside from the money I am very big on communication and I really couldn't believe how prompt Cameron was to replying to my emails, calls and texts and still managing to do an amazing job. If you need a stellar company, Call Allied.
