A few months ago, my young daughter had been having issues with her car that we thought might be battery related. I (mom) was following her to the auto parts store to have her battery tested when her car just died and would not start up at all, about 1/2 block from the store. My husband could not leave work, so I called Roger to find out if we had towing insurance, and he asked our location. I told him where we were and he said "I'll be there in 20 minutes." He and his wife were on the way home from their office, so they came by and Roger pulled out his large and amazing tool case and began taking out my daughter's car battery and then looked around at a few other things that could be an issue. When we had the battery tested and found out that was not the problem, we got towing set-up to come get the car. Roger and Tina spent about an hour out of their own time to help us get out of a tough spot. I call that caring for your customer, professionalism and going the extra mile. We appreciate Roger for being the great Allstate Insurance agent that he is.

We had used this company over 20 years on 3 different properties, and as soon as we had 1 claim for hail, .not only did they cancel our policy but would never return any phone calls and legitimize why we were being cancelled. It ended up being a blessing as we ended up with a much better insurance company with a much better policy. Will never recommend this company.

I love this branch so much!! They are so friendly and always have an answer to my issues or just general questions. Every time I need help due to life getting rough for a minute they amaze me with the service they offer to help us! We have stayed with this insurance for about 12 years now and I will stay with them because they treat my needs and family so well. We're in good hands so we stay in good hands. Thank you!
