I have this agent for years now, I change to them because my husband keep telling me they where nice and helpful, but I guess only with him, the communication sucks and I try to keep up with them because I love Leslie, but I never win one with them. I am so disappointed.

When my home owners was not renewed by Allstate. I called Gaddy to get help finding another policy and although I called several times and was promised they would get back with me. No one did quickly and when they did it was said they would call back with options. Not.only did I not get that call back. I ended up penalized by my mortgage company for no coverage and had to take a high deductible insurance. Plus I was told that i had till end of month Allstate canceled on the 18th. Pretty shady treatment for 20 + years of customer loyalty in my opinion.

I got transferred to this Allstate agent years ago for reasons I’m not quite clear on from another Allstate agent. After that I had so many communication issues with this agent. They never got back to me on issues whether I called or emailed. This includes ignoring repeated requests to cancel my policy (which thankfully has now been cancelled by someone at corporate Allstate). I’m honestly not sure what the purpose of a local agent is in today’s day in age. I’m going to sound like a commercial but we switched to esurance with the same policy coverages and saved hundreds of dollars. And I will be happy to be able to call someone or speak online and get timely responses.
