AAA rep decided to get self-righteous and huffy while backpedaling about sending our disabled vehicle a flatbed because it happened to be Memorial Day and the wind was coming out of the Southeast at 5 knots.

After giving the eager to learn AAA rep a free lesson on how to provide the AAA Gold Deluxe XXL PLUS blahblah pre paid-for-package customer service, they amazingly pull Jeff and All-Wayz Towing out of their hat - and literally 10 minutes later we are on the flatbed and underway.

Jeff was accommodating , courteous, and personable. Single handedly made me forget about pulling a Ghost Dad through the phone on the AAA dispatcher and totally saved the Memorial Day Weekend.

Top notch tow service. I definitely recommend them if you find yourself dead in the water in the Upper Cape.

Ryan Butler showed up Sunday morning to help my friend. We had mistakenly drained the battery on their Hyundi EV and had been towed and dropped in a Tesla charging station on Saturday night. HELPLESS! Ryan knew exactly what to do, put a charge on the accessory battery so he could open the charge door, connected the tow bolt supplied and took us to the correct charging station. He then waited until he was sure we were taking a charge and politely wished us well. GREAT JOB!!!

I am so very glad that this company was the one to take possession of my totaled vehicle after an accident because they helped me through the process of recovering personal belongings and made the experience a little bit easier. When I received the box with my belongings I was pleasantly surprised to see how carefully they had packaged them and how much they had retrieved. I was stranded on the highway with a flat tire. John Light from All-Wayz towing came. He was so calm and helpful with the whole ordeal of being stranded. It meant a lot for me to have this kind person during this stressful situation. It’s not all about changing a tire, it’s about caring.

Roadside assistance told me they couldn't find a tow for me in the area for nearly 21 hours when I called at noon. First call I made to these guys at 8pm after waiting and they were there in 45 minutes. Got my car towed to the dealer no nonsense and a fair rate. Very polite and friendly on the phone too. Definitely recommend using them.

The young man (I believe his name was Mike) came to my house to install a battery. He was such a nice kid … he was incredibly personable and polite. He did his thing in short time and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
