Meleah with Ally Public Adjusters was incredible to work with. After dealing with insurance for about a month and them not wanting to cover a roof replacement she was recommend to me by the roofing company.

Her communication skills were phenomenal, her understanding of my working weird hours was great and she did a fantastic job working around my schedule.

While I don't know what she does in the background, the results she provided were amazing and I got a new roof paid for by the insurance company.

I can not speak highly enough about my experience with Meleah and my appreciation towards her. She saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of headache!

We used Meleah Meadows of Ally Public Adjusters to assist us on an insurance claim for hail damage on our roof that our insurance company had refused to cover for a full roof replacement. She was very professional and meticulous in pursuing this claim with the insurance company on our behalf which ultimately resulted in a full roof replacement. I would highly recommend her to anyone having an issue regarding their insurance claims.

Meleah of Ally Public Adjusters far exceeded my expectations!! My condo neighbor unfortunately flooded my condo and my insurance company was failing me (neighbor had no insurance). Meleah Meadows is an excellent public adjuster. We contacted her when our insurance company refused to replace our wind damaged roof. Neighbors with different insurance providers had their roofs replaced promptly. Ms. Meadows provided our insurance carrier a volume of evidence revealing the damage. The existing shingle had been discontinued by the manufacturer. She kept us informed and provided all communications from the insurance carrier. We are extremely impressed with Ally Public Adjusters. We highly recommend her!

I have a $5K deductible and allstate was insisting that only the guttering was damaged (beat up badly) and there was no evidence of shingle damage. So, claim total was $3.9K which was below deductible. After several calls to supervisors at allstate, i hired ally public adjusters. It took a while because allstate was being very difficult. But eventually, claim was settled for $28k and ally charged $2.5 K for their work. House is being re-roofed and the end payment to cover the cost is much better than $0. Given the attitudes at allstate, i may choose to use ally on all my claims in the future.
