We have been Allstate members for 50 years, and with John Alsop for a good 30+ years. His office has handled all our vehicle and home owners needs for as long. We have always found them to be attentive to our needs and when an issue arose, they were always helpful and speedy to get the issue resolved. With the rising rates of insurance, we all feel the pressure on our wallets, but I feel this office does strive to give us the best price they can for the times. We moved 90 miles from Chino 6 years ago, but still trust John Alsop's office to handle our insurance needs.

My daughter had called to inquire about her billing. She was talked down by a female, who I will keep nameless, that was rude and condescending. Although Allstate itself has been helpful despite the huge hike of auto insurance. I may consider a different t Allstate provider.

I have been with All-State for 32 years at least. I have seldom needed most services, but glass break-ins on my vehicle and past hit and runs were handled properly and efficiently. Requests for paperwork copies are received fairly promptly.

I have been with allstate for many years. Never had a problem. But lately their prices have gone up and sadly their customer service is lacking so much. The latest thing they did was that they help themselves to your bank account when given the access to do auto pay. They went in, charged me for a $200 increase, charged me for first and last month! In total they pulled out $1,548. My check was only $1,600. They did this without my consent and they won't give me any money back. Now I don't have any money for necessary things. My insurance was supposed to be $548. I feel robbed.
