I have nothing but great things to say about Altieri Insurance Consultants. The only thing I had to do with my water damage claims was make the claim with my insurance company. Zack with Altieri took care of everything else I did not have to bother with any calls or email to my insurance company. They also help negotiate a fair settlement amount as one can imagine the first check i was sent was laughable considering the extent of the damage to my home. But with Zack and his knowledge of how insurance companies work we were able to come to an agreement that was a much more realistic amount to settle my claim and get my home back in order. Their services were worth every penny. I highly recommend Altieri Insurance Consultants to assist you with your home insurance claim.

Kyle Gallauer has been an absolute life saver for me. Right after moving into our home, in the middle of the night the house caught fire. My husband and I were able to get out; however, the damage from the fire was extensive. Kyle showed up that morning and explained to me what he could do to help us out. Well, while he has been my savior, the results have been worse than horrific. My insurance company has played every single game there is in attempting to deny and with hold payment. It has taken 6 months to even have Edison pay sufficient funds to begin repairs. In the meantime, my husband died and I am left homeless in all this mess. Kyle has not only fought day and night for me to receive the funds I am due, but the moral support he has given me is the only thing which has kept me going. This young man has earned gold stars in heaven for all the emotional support and efforts he has put in for me during this ordeal. Words cannot ever express my gratitude and thanks to Kyle for being there for me. He is far more than an insurance advocate, he has been holding me up and keeping me going. I thank God every night for bringing him into my life!!!

our house was caught in fire back in april unexpectedly and then we came across paul during the whole process and during the whole stressful situation. Frank Altieri and his team are simply phenomenal. We purchased our dream home last summer and unfortunately after having lived there only 3 short months, we had a significant flood due to an A/C system failure. The total damage involved a complete kitchen replacement along with hardwood floors. My home inspector referred me to Frank and said he's an awesome Public Adjuster. We didn't quite know what that term meant at the time but facing a daunting homeowner's insurance claim made me give Frank a call. Fast forward several months later and we are now fully restored and all damages have been repaired (better than when we started) and we owe it all to Frank. He came out to our home immediately and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He worked very hard to get our claim processed quickly and get our lives restored back to normal. Had we tried to settle the claim on our own, we would have recovered a small fraction of what Frank was able to justify based on hidden damages and costs we hadn't even considered. Paul Califano has been phenomenal. Our home caught on fire last month. With no idea of what the next step was, we had stumbled across Paul from Altieri. One thing I can say about this gentleman is, he has gone above and beyond to help us in this stressful moment. He has been a blessing in such a difficult time. After Hurricane Sally, the Altieri team totally changed the game for our association. Their damage assessment team did a great job on front end...we had more damage from the storm than we realized. The carrier sent an adjuster out to assess damage and attempt a quick settlement, which we did not agree to. The Altieri team was very methodical in documenting our building condition before and after the storm and helped us identify our true damage situation. Kevin took this information and handled the insurance negotiations masterfully. Without Altieri's assistance, we would have settled for far less than we needed to fix the storm damage. Altieri is our first phone call if a storm hits us again.
