I have had State Farm for over 13 years. Second time in Alaska and wanted to go with Amanda Juliessons office again because we had a wonderful experience the first time before we moved out of state. This time however her office won’t let us continue paper billing and we must set up auto pay so I decided I wanted to remain a loyal State Farm customer and just went to another office that would still let us do the paper billing without setting auto pay (I know most say it’s easier but I have been burned multiple times by auto pays). The other State Farm office was told by Amanda herself to do it themselves (because she was upset we went to another office) (her staff was kind professional and understanding). This was both petty and unprofessional on Amanda’s part to both a fellow State Farm employee and a loyal State Farm customer.

I had the pleasure of working with Andromeda to fix issues I've been trying to deal with for several years with Gary Annis's office. After not receiving any communication from Gary's office after ten attempts I had begun to shop around for a new homeowner's insurance provider. I had called to get a copy of my declaration page and finally received a call back from Andromeda. She listened to the issues I was having and after I provided all the paperwork needed she was very attentive and updated my policy to cover my needs in two days. Her pleasant demeanor and willingness to put in the time, effort, and attention to detail prevented me from going to another provider other than State Farm. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this office in the Anchorage area. Thank you Andromeda!! Someone give this lady a raise!!

Amanda is my third State Farm agent and I cannot be more pleased that I landed in her hands after my previous agent retired. I just finished up making some changes to my policies and Michelle assisted me with making those changes. She took the time to help me understand my current policies and educated me on newer options.
