This is the best agency I have ever used. Recently divorced after many years, I found myself navigating the auto and life insurance world on my own. Luckily, I found this agency. Agent Pam Rogers did an amazing job explaining the different coverages so I could understand them and make an educated decision based on my current situation. A mistake was made on my quote that has the appearance of dishonesty, but is probably just an innocent mistake. I called the insurance company a couple days ago to see if I could save money switching over my car insurance from Progressive. They gave me a better price, so I switched to State Farm, payed them, and cancelled with Progressive (with 6 days remaining on the policy). On that first call with State Farm, I made sure to highlight a car accident I'd been in within the last year.

Today, I received a call from the Amanda Suciu State Farm office to inform me I needed to pay $80+ because they removed a discount due to my accident. I would not have switched insurance if I had known that was coming. Lesson learned here is to not pay until underwriting is done so that I can see the actual price, but this is something that hasn't happened to me before. Probably an honest mistake on their part, but it does cost money.
