Please listen to the 1 star reviews. I’ve had this insurance for a year & they went completely down hill. Even Turo doesn’t list this company as useful anymore. They cancelled my policy without notice & there’s no dedicated representatives for your account anymore. So they have essentially left “customer service” up to emails only. And your email will not be answered until it’s way too late. Save yourself the headache.

Absolutely the worst insurance EVER. I have a Turo business, fleet of 20 cars. You can't get ABI to update the DMV. You have to wait until the DMV sends you a warning letter, then open a ticket and hope they take care of it. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. I've had 8 registrations suspended. They fixed 6 of those but I can't get anyone to fix the last 2. I call, and email, over and over. Nothing. Stay away.

TURO HOSTS BEWARE!!!!!
This company only responds in email (takes 2 or 3 days). I was set up on ACH direct deposit. Got a cancellation notice and the reason was for Non-payment. I checked my bank and they did NOT try to draft. I explained I was on ACH in another email to their very late in responding “customer service” department, I should say “non customer service” department. By the time I had sent emails, got responses, tried to go online and pay (per their instructions) but site said “can’t pay online when policy on cancellation”, Money order or Check only!! By the time the mail would get there my policy would have been cancelled since I got the notice as a “cancellation” with about 10 days left. Special note, THEY NEVER let my lien holder know I had insurance with them and the state was going to suspend my license, so I had to do their job for them in that part too!!! Oh, let’s not forget, once in cancellation with them, you CAN’T cancel, only remove the vehicle so this will still show on your insurance qualification file as a CANCELLATION BY THEM, NOT, by you!!! Use ANYONE ELSE, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

SO, after getting “cancelled”, they took a payment today!!!!! I was cancelled on 8-25-2024!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to cancel my coverage for over 30 days. The phone system just hangs up on me. The website chat bot says it is sending me a cancelation form, which is never sent. The customer service email address auto-responds, then never responds. If this issue continues we will have to get attorneys involved, which sucks because it COSTS MORE MONEY. Seriously unethical business practices.

I was denied insurance the same day and was charged $100 still and then they continued to charge me $112 the next month after telling me I’m denied. And they’re charging me another $57 this month. I was denied insurance and still charged over $250 total scam go with a different company.

Scammers! CAR RENTAL HOSTS BEWARE!My insurance was cancelled for no reason, after i did everything they required, and got no claim history. They don’t have option to turn OFF autopay, and also they don’t want to fullfill my request to turn it off. They tried to charge me twice after my insurance policy was cancelled, i had to threaten with lawsuit to customer support to stop it.

Very bad customer service. You can never get anyone on the phone. They didn't send over the electronic insurance to the state when I first signed up with them and one of my renters was pulled over for no insurance and the car was impounded and they didn't do anything about it. 3 times after that, I received fines for not having continued insurance although I was paying them every month. Now, after 1 claim they are canceling my policy. This company is a joke.
