Run don’t walk from this “insurance” company. After faithfully paying premiums for years my claim was denied. I have waited for months that speak to the adjuster without a return call. I leave messages every few days and am told it will take 2-3 business days. Still nothing. A day is still 24 hours, isn’t it? I will be forced to get a lawyer and pay a potion of my benefits to get my income replacement. Very shady outfit.

Re: Maternity leave. Representatives all gave different information about my claim. No one ever has a straight answer and there’s a lack of urgency in returning calls. By far, the worst experience I’ve had with an insurance company.

I was told so many great things when the insurance guy wanted to pay for disability insurance 49.50 a month, he made it sound like I was going to get paid monthly 1400 and when it came down to it, I was only paid one time being on disability for me being pregnant. They never told me it was only one payment. And when I called everyday to see when my next check was coming I got the run around from each person I talked to. They all just told me what I wanted to hear. Until a broker called me and said I was not going to get another payments.. I would not recommend ANYone paying for this garbage. They give false information just to get you to pay every month on it.
