My boyfriend and I originally applied for an apartment and got offered to look at another one. The other one was more expensive but we fell in love with the apartment and Erica said we were a shoe in so we decided to go for it. We were told we would have a definitive answer by the end of the week and when we reached out we got told that we needed to wait for Heidi to make a decision by the beginning of the following week. My boyfriend contacted the property management and Heidi had no idea about our application. The following day we were told we were denied. Complete waste of our time, and time is not something that we have right now.
