My experience has been great with American River Insurance Agency! I have worked with Fernando on many occasions! Being a Real Estate Broker I have referred many of my clients to Fernando! When most companies would be very hard to reach and the clients would have a hard time getting through or getting a call back, Fernando would either answer the phone or call back almost immediately! Excellent customer service. My current provider does not write policies for they type of property that I just purchased as a second residence in another part of California.
