Chip Thompson and his staff are quick to respond for any need. Chip will get involved himself as well and get er done if needed. After being in business myself for 40 years, I rated them 5 stars for customer service!

If your looking for repossession insurance don't use this company. We were issued an insurance policy at $30,000 a year that didn't cover a thing. Debtors damaged our truck during a repo - not covered. Driver took the truck to put on new tires and slid off the road - not covered. Hail damage to trucks - not covered. Break-in to truck - not covered.

Fees are outrageous. Switched to another provider and saved thousands. My payment was $2300 a month for two trucks. Now my payment for same coverage is $613. Great at selling a policy to you but when you need coverage is non-existent. Lost most of my business, my house, and my wife over insurance coverage that we could never use.

They will of course attempt to hide my review. Take my words to heart and go elsewhere. They made a really good amount of money off me. Hope they can sleep at night.
