I would recommend American Trust Public Adjusters because they have the skills, talent, and professionalism to deal with the insurance companies and the home owners/clients. We were dealing with water damages in our home, we call Mr Abraham he came and help us deal with the insurance company. The claim was denied but, he managed to find ways to have it reopened. He fought until the last minutes. And at last, what the insurance company offered us was too low and there was nothing else he could have done because he had already gone through all the steps. He decided to not take any commissions out of it in spite of the fact that he had worked so hard for so so many months.

It was a hands-off experience where they made sure that the home insurance company gives you a reasonable and fair payment to take care of the repairs on your home.

Long-story short, my ceiling started sagging due to a leak in the roof causing ceiling damge, and after getting a roof inspection, I was informed I would need a new roof. Having gone through insurance claims once before, I knew the right step would be to get a good public adjuster aboard. And I'm very glad I did.

They arranged everything, from inspections to submitting the claim to even coordinating with a lawyer when insurance denied my original claim (my ceiling is sagging, for crying out loud, how could they claim no damages!?). In the end, they were able to get that overturned and I ended up receiving a reasonable payment to cover my roof replacement, ceiling repairs, and new gutters.
