All I gotta say is don't ever deal with someone by the name of Cesar talk about being unprofessional and not helpful and sounding annoyed sorry to say this but a hood from the streets. Something management should reconsider in representing your office. You don't sigh on the phone when being asked a question or inquiry. Called the tweedy location much more professional than the Van Nuys office. Been a customer for a long time this is very disappointing.

My experience with Andrea and her customer service was exceptional. She was extremely attentive and informative.
