I called 5/24 in the AM, to go over the quote they had sent me thorough email, but no one ever called me back. So, I took it upon myself to called them 5/25 and ask if anyone there checks voicemail or what. She replied we are extremely busy! OK, well, I'm busy too, and I don't want to do business with an insurance company that can't even call me back to go over a quote. Just think if I had gotten insurance with them, too busy to even call me back, bad business and why would I even want insurance with a company like that?! NO thanks!
