Do not use this company for any type of insurance. They the most useless and worthless insurance. If they truly cared about us they would make changes. Do not get insurance through this company. They will make you promises and then cheat you. They owe me $1009.00 and refuse to refund my money. I had to cancel a cruise due to medical reasons. My doctors sent in written letter explaining this. Still they denied it. Very unprofessional.

Submitted a claim after an NCL cruise and after we responded and submitted everything they asked for they wanted us to contact airline to find out why our flight was delayed. This is something that should be handled by them as they have resources and contacts. Out of over $800 claim we got $72. Will never use or recommend this company.

Do not buy insurance from this company (AON) especially through Norwegian cruise lines (NCL) according to the state of Montana, and many other states insurance companies have, according to statute number 33–1 8–232 time for payment of claims and insured shall pay or deny a claim within 30 days after receipt of a proof of loss unless the insured makes a reasonable request for additional information or documents in order to evaluate the claim then they have another 30 days to either deny or approve the claim. In my case it has been close to six months, so they are acting in bad faith, or they are scamming claimants out of their money. Both are illegal under statute in the state of Montana, and can be sued for bad faith and kicked out of the state. NCL can also be held liable for offering this insurance To their customers.

As another reviewer has mentioned. Do not purchase insurance for cruises. My depature date was march 10, 2023. I purchased the tickets on Feb 6 2023 had a heartattck on Feb 14 with two stents placed in my heart and had a triple bypass scheduled for March 20th. As you can imagine I was directed by my heart Dr. heart surgeon, and my primary Dr not to go on the cruise. I provided physician statements and all documents they ask for two different times and they still "DENIED" the claim. They stated it was a preexisitng condition.(How is a heart attack a preexisting condition?) I have attached a copy of the denial letter.
I wont bother you with all the headaches and heartaches they cause that i truly didnt need to be dealing with. Please save your money and do not purchase the insurance when you go on a crusie with royal carribean as you will not be reimbursed with any funds if you have a health emergency.
