Although I have never hired Geoff Beese or Didi Smith as Public Adjusters (or Geoff as a roof inspector) both Geoff and Didi have spent a lot of time with me on the phone educating me about how insurance claims for hail damage work, how they can help me if my insurance company does want to pay a claim and more recently how to handle a dispute with my roofer when the work done was sub-standard (thank you Geoff!). My neighbor hired Didi and was very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to hire either Geoff or Didi in the future if I need them. I believe both of these adjusters are honest, truly want to help people, and have their clients best interest in mind. Thank you both of you for all of your help! I will continue to keep your info in my phone and recommend you when my family and friends need your expertise. Bless you both!

These are amazing people. I had a large insurance claim that increased greatly after I got APIA Source involved on my behalf.
We were able to claim quite a bit that I didn't know would be covered. Your first reaction is I have to pay then how much, but they covered there fees plus a generous amount above. They handled all the stress of dealing with the insurance company. If they can't be of help to you they will tell you upfront. You will not regret hiring them.

After my insurance company accepted my hail damage claim for everything except my roof I realized I needed an advocate. My roofer recommended APIA Source and that turned out to be an excellent choice. Didi was easy to work with and she worked with my insurance company to get my roof claim accepted and paid out.

I had some issues with my roof flashing and a friend recommended I give Didi Smith with APIA Source a call. With the issues I was having, she suggested I talk to Geoff Besse who is one of their registered roof consultants. He was a wealth of knowledge and explained the process and materials used on my roof. He gave me the tools and information I needed to ensure my flashing be repaired the correct way with the right materials. Geoff is not only incredibly knowledgeable but he is also very easy to talk to. He has no problem breaking things down in a way you can understand which he did for me several times. For any and all roofing questions or issues, I highly recommend you give APIA Source a call. I am so grateful that I found Geoff through a recommendation. He has been such a huge help to me dealing with a problem roof. I will definitely call him in the future. Thanks so much Geoff and thank you too Didi!!! You guys have been great!!!

APIA source done a great job for me with my Roof. After I was told I would only get 800 dollar's and have to pay for the rest out of pocket. I will tell anyone I know to talk to those guys, they will get the job done in no time flat. Great job Didi Smith and team as I don't know what I would have done with out you guys! We had leaks and issues with our roof after several hailstorms, so we called our insurance company to file a claim. We have been customers for over 40 years. They sent an adjuster who spent 5 minutes on our roof. A couple of days later we received a phone call saying that our roof was fine and only needed 13 shingles replaced. I knew that there were more issues with my roof, so a friend recommended that I call Geoff at APIA Source, who is a Public Adjuster to help us. He and his team did a complete inspection. They were very detailed and checked all of our property inside and out, including my 2 sheds in the back yard. He patiently answered all our questions. He met with 2 claims adjusters from our insurance company and handled all negotiations with them. He was really firm with them and was able to get us enough money to replace our roof on our house, along with new roofs for our 2 sheds! We did not know this type of help was available until this happened. We are so blessed to have found Geoff at APIA Source! He was such a big help to us. All of our issues were resolved and we definitely recommend his company to anyone! : ) Thank you Geoff!

Thank you Didi and Geoff! We were trying to decide if we needed a public adjuster to help us get a new roof from State Farm. Geoff did a great job of explaining the ins and outs of homeowners insurance battles. I highly recommend you get an opinion from them if you need a public adjuster. I found them very honest and reliable.
